Introduction

This case study will explore how one project was scoped, the services provided, and the benefits realized through its completion. It will also discuss the final outcome of this project and what lessons can be learned from it.

Challenge

The challenge for this project was to develop a web platform for a marketplace that would provide companies and gigs with equal opportunities. This meant that both parties had to have access to the same features, such as account management, and job listing, with unique information and payment processing. Additionally, the web platform had to be user-friendly and intuitive so users could easily navigate

Design

The design of the platform was created to ensure that both companies and gigs had equal access to the same features. To achieve this, the designers developed a user interface that was intuitive and easy to use, so users could quickly find what they were looking for. Pixer has also implemented a responsive design, so users could view the website on different. Additionally, we have incorporated multiple resources which can facilitate gigs to help generate traffic from Google.

Development

Once the design was complete, the development team went to work creating the web platform for this marketplace. The developers also integrated a powerful job listing system and account management features so both parties could manage their accounts conveniently. Pixer has also offered a content management system. also, the platform admin can control everything.

Outcome

The final outcome of this project was a web platform that provided companies and gigs with equal opportunities. With the newly designed user interface, users were able to quickly navigate around the website and find what they needed. The integrated job listing system allowed both parties to easily search for jobs and post their own listings. Additionally, the content management system allowed the platform admin to control everything from user accounts to job postings.
