Webflow Designer

We are looking for a talented Webflow Designer & Developer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. He/She should also have superior user interface design skills. The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.

Job Responsibilities:

Reviewing the websites of current clients
Providing briefs or areas to boost conversion rates.
Creating attractive and flexible landing pages
Integrating the website of client CMS programs and data feeds
Maximizing the performance and scalability of websites
Incorporating industry and design best practices into the creation of websites
Carrying out website testing
Coordinating with back-end developers to ensure proper integration of web and app logic
Ensuring website stability and functionality on all platforms, including desktop, mobile, and tablet
Integrating brand components and pertinent market research findings into websites
Working with marketing and research teams
Throughout the website’s creation and implementation, providing both internal and external customer service

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar.
At least One year experience as a Webflow designer.
Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS, JavaScript.
Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
A team player but can work independently too.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
